If your debit/ATM card is lost or stolen, do this: During normal business hours, contact Farmers Bank by calling 479-996-4171. After hours, please call 800-887-9622. In either case, your debit card will be deactivated to avoid fraudulent activity. Replacement cards can be obtained by visiting or contacting Farmers Bank on the next business day.
